Can an G3 mac be upgraded?
Sonnet Technologies make a variety of upgrade products for the G3.
What do you want upgraded? the OS or a short time ago an application? Click the apple logo on the top left of your blind, then click Software Update...
If you want your OS to update, you hold to buy it from Apple. I wouldnt do it right away if I were you, hang about until October, when Leopard (apple.com/macosx/leopard) comes out
yeah you can ad strike or even a new cpu , knotty drives and optical drives antyhing mac is not that differnt from pc. i took a 256mb run into chip out of my old notebook and slaped it right into my roomates G3mac worked perfectly.
