Of course, you can, since these two types of modules are built on impossible to tell apart architecture. By the way, there's a small correction - the RAM running at 100 MHz is call PC-1600 and that running at 133 MHz is called PC-2100.



Both the RAMs would run contained by your PC, but both would run at the lower clock speed of the two - that is 100 MHz (The 133 MHz module will be clocked down to 100 MHz). That won't be much of a concern since a difference of 33 MHz doesn't really event for most applications.
you can as the pc133 will backward compatible down to a pc100 but i wouldnt really recommend it

It's fine as long as your PC only requirements PC100 memory... PC100 memory won't work if your PC expects PC133.
