ofcourse you can...you only just need to find a faster CPU that your motherboard can touch..try ebay....after you get it installed..you do want to manually set the FSB, CPU voltage, and multiplier jumper.
You'd probably find that this type of upgrade isn't cost significant. Plus, you can't just stick any speed contained by you like...does your motherboard support 950mhz?
