First of all will be useing satellite,what will we want for modem for that. also this will be the main computer for a home wireless make friends, will I still need the wireless router I am using in a minute or can i add something to the investigational computer and eliminate that. the satellite provider will transport u a modem and u can most likely use ur current wireless router and no u cant use wireless lacking it ... get over 2ghz processor and roughly 2gigs ram ... and rather get it next to XP with route to upgrade to vista ... u dont want vista at this time trust me ...
