Intel core 2 duo 2.4 mhz

western digital 250gig Sata

Before i start ruling things as broken, I'd similar to to ask you guys, thanks within advance

After verbs install, PC starts but no video?

enjoy you got the vga cable pluged into the onboard graphics or the gfx card?
IN THE BIOS SETTINGS IS THE DEFAULT VIDEO CARD THE PCI SLOT OR THE MOTHERBOARD.
Is it safe and sound in the PCMIA slot? (im sure uou know they're white or green) Try another slot?
I hold the same exact problem but beside different hardware.

Unplug everything and plug the only stuff contained by that you need. For example just plug in 1 memory stick, and 1 cd rom, and audition it.

If that dont work check if your memory is compatible, sometimes if your memory too fast your motherboard doesnt work beside it.

I think beside mine my memory not compatible, so i ordered a 512 just to check whats going on. Might not be impossible to tell apart case next to you though. You wana make sure evrything first.

And if your video card have a s-video port you might want to try to plug your comp with your TV and see if you can see anything at hand. This is just to check your Monitor and Video Card. hope this helps.
if everything is connected and installed correctly, you may own a resource conflict. Try pulling out hardware (i.e. modem, nic card, etc.) one at a time and boot in between.
