Can you still use XP and Vista next to this processor or do you have to win a 64 bit version?

64 bit processors similar to the Athlon 64s, Core 2 Duos, Pentium Ds, etc will all work near either the 32 bit or 64 bit version of XP and Vista.
Vista works with some 32-bit chips but ONLY THE REALLY GOOD ONES! Should you find that the chip you hold is insufficient, it's still an option to upgrade.
